Returns Policy
90-Day Commercial Return Policy
RETRETO NEXT LIMITED, trading as TruckNav, offers a 90-day commercial return policy. This means you can request a return within 90 days after receiving your item. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.
To be eligible for a return under this commercial policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return so that our customer support team can help you quickly.
If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Accepted returns are sent to our UK returns address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs where required by law.
Right to cancel
If you are a UK consumer, you generally have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason and without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receive the goods. After you tell us you are cancelling, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected].
If you have used the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct from your refund an amount for diminished value.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our 90-day commercial policy, including where an item was bought in a sale.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, including perishable goods, custom or personalised products, sealed personal care goods that have been unsealed after delivery, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, gift cards, and any other item that cannot legally be returned. Sale items remain returnable where required by your statutory rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period and rights for faulty goods.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We process refunds in line with UK consumer regulations and aim to complete approved refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
Cancellations, return shipping and restocking
You can cancel an order until it has been fulfilled. We do not charge a restocking fee. For non-faulty returns under the commercial policy or the cooling-off period, you are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping where required by law. These options do not affect your statutory rights.
12-month retailer warranty
The product is supplied with a 12-month retailer warranty provided by TruckNav. To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the fault. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
